Accessibility & Non-Discrimination
Last updated: September 2026
Every family should be able to use this website and feel welcome at our door. This page explains what we do and how to ask for help.
Our website commitment
We aim to follow the WCAG 2.1 level AA guidelines: readable text and colour contrast, descriptions for images, keyboard navigation, clear headings, and full content in both English and Spanish.
If any part of the site is hard for you to read or use, tell us and we will fix it and give you the same information another way.
Non-discrimination
Bella’s Daycare welcomes children and families regardless of race, colour, national origin, ancestry, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, marital status, disability, medical condition, immigration status or primary language.
Enrollment decisions are based only on available spots, the ages we are licensed to care for, and our ability to meet a child’s needs safely.
Children with disabilities and special needs
We are glad to talk with any family about their child’s needs and to make reasonable adjustments to our routine, meals, space or communication whenever we can do so safely within our license.
Language access
We care for and speak with children and parents in both English and Spanish, and the whole website is available in both languages.
Tell us how we can help
Call +1 (408) 514-7596, message us on WhatsApp, or write to hello.bellasdaycare@gmail.com. We answer accessibility requests as quickly as we can and will read information aloud or send it in another format on request.
